摘要
[目的]明确啶磺草胺的适用范围及施药条件。[方法]采用室内生测法和田间药效试验,研究7.5%啶磺草胺水分散粒剂的杀草谱对不同小麦安全性及其施药适期。[结果]啶磺草胺对麦田多数杂草活性较高,对春小麦的株高、鲜重抑制率高于冬小麦,对苗期和分蘖期的春、冬小麦安全性较高,对2~4叶期杂草的除草活性较好。田间试验结果表明,啶磺草胺对稗草、狗尾、反枝苋、雀麦、看麦娘和播娘蒿的防效较高,对冬小麦的安全性高于春小麦。[结论]啶磺草胺对多种麦田杂草活性较高,选在小麦苗期和分蘖期,杂草的2~4叶期施药为宜,对于敏感的春小麦应慎用。
[Objective]In order to clarify the application scope and conditions of pyroxsulam.[Method]The herbicidal efficacy of 7.5%pyroxsulam water-dispersible agent were examined,including safety for various wheat cultivars and the optimal application timing,through both laboratory bioassays and field tests.[Result]Pyroxsulam showed high biological activities against most weeds in wheat fields and had good weed killing activity againsT_(2)-4 leaf stage weeds.It was safe for spring and winter wheat at seedling and tillering stages.The inhibition rate of plant height and fresh weight in spring wheat was higher than that in winter wheat,indicating a lower level of herbicide safety for spring wheat compared with winter wheat.The field test results showed that pyroxsulam had a good control effect on Echinochloa crus-galli,Setaria viridis,Amaranthus retroflexus,Bromus japonicus Thunb.,Alopecurus aequalis Sobol and Descurainia sophia.[Conclusion]Pyroxsulam had high activity against a variety of wheat weeds,and it was safe for spring and winter wheat at seedling and tillering stages.It is advisable to apply the pesticide during the 2-4 leaf stage of the weeds.For sensitive spring wheat varieties,application should be used with caution.
