摘要
[目的]研究饲料中添加钝顶螺旋藻对雏三黄鸡生长的影响。[方法]设4组饲料,即不添加顿顶螺旋藻为对照组(CK),添加2%(T_(1))、4%(T_(2))和6%(T_(3))钝顶螺旋藻为试验组,投喂平均初重为(34.76±0.50)g的雏鸡,并测定其生长性能、免疫器官指数和存活率等相关指标。[结果]钝顶螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白含量为0.06 mg/mL,且每100 g含有的藻蓝蛋白为9.79 g。与CK相比,添加钝顶螺旋藻处理,雏鸡的日均采食量、增重率、免疫器官指数均有所升高,且腹泻率和死亡率下降。T_(2)处理雏鸡的日均采食量相比CK增加了27.90%,体重显著增大(P<0.05),增重率显著提高了64.78百分点(P<0.05);各试验组腹泻率均低于CK,其中T_(3)处理的腹泻率显著低于CK(P<0.05);与CK相比,T_(3)处理的存活率显著提高(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2)和T_(3)处理脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均显著高于CK(P<0.05)。[结论]饲料中添加顿顶螺旋藻是使雏鸡日均采食量、增重率、免疫器官指数及存活率均得到明显提升的一种很好的绿色育雏方法,尤其是藻蓝素含量极高的钝顶螺旋藻。
[Objective]In order to study the effect of adding Spirulina platensis in feed on the growth status of Sanhuang chicks.[Method]Four groups of feed were set up in the experiment.Without adding S.platensis as control group(CK),and the experimental groups were added with 2%(T_(1)),4%(T_(2))and 6%(T_(3))concentration gradients of S.platensis.The chicks with an average initial weight of(34.76±0.50)g were fed,and their growth performance,immune organ index and survival rate and other related indicators were measured.[Result]The results verify that the content of phycocyanin in S.platensis was 0.06 mg/mL,and the number of phycocyanin per 100 g was 9.79 g.Compared with CK,the average daily feed intake,weight gain rate and immune organ index of chicks in the feed group added with S.platensis increased,and the diarrhea rate and mortality rate decreased.The average daily feed intake of T_(2)chicks increased by 27.90%compared with CK,the body weight increased significantly(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate increased significantly by 64.78 percentage point(P<0.05);the diarrhea rate of each experimental group was lower than that of CK,and the diarrhea rate of T_(3)was significantly lower than that of CK(P<0.05).Compared with CK,the survival rate of T_(3)was significantly increased(P<0.05).The spleen index,thymus index and bursa index of T_(1),T_(2)and T_(3)were significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05).[Conclusion]These results demonstrated the addition of S.platensis in feed is a good green brooding method to significantly improve the daily feed intake,weight gain rate,immune organ index and survival rate of chicks,especially the S.platensis with high phycocyanin content.
