摘要
梳理了链锯技术的历史演进、研究现状与发展趋势。链锯作为木竹采伐的核心工具,动力形式已从传统燃油驱动拓展至电力、液压系统,在森林采伐、硬质材料加工及新兴领域中发挥关键作用。当前研究聚焦于锯链材料与结构优化、动力学仿真与安全制动技术,但仍面临动力系统能效不足、锯链磨损严重、制动安全标准不统一等挑战。未来链锯技术将向绿色、智能及高效方向突破,尤其是在伐竹领域,需结合竹材特性开发轻量化、低损伤的智能切割装备,推动竹产业链的高值化发展。
This paper systematically combs the historical evolution,current research status,and development trends of chain saw technology.As a core tool for wood and bamboo felling,chain saws have expanded their power sources from traditional fuel-driven to electric and hydraulic systems,playing a crucial role in forest felling,hard material processing,and emerging fields.Current research focuses on the optimization of saw chain materials and structures,dynamic simulation,and safety braking technology.However,challenges remain,such as insufficient energy efficiency of power systems,severe saw chain wear,and inconsistent braking safety standards.Future chain saw technology will break through in the directions of greenization,intelligence,and high efficiency.Particularly in the bamboo felling field,it is necessary to develop lightweight and low-damage intelligent cutting equipment in accordance with bamboo material characteristics to promote the high-value development of the bamboo industry chain.
