基于ARM+FPGA的航天试验控制系统设计

摘要 为满足某航天试验在采样流程中对各单元的控制需求和对试验数据的采集存储需求,设计了一种基于ARM+FPGA架构的试验控制系统,详细介绍了该系统的硬件设计方案和软件部分实现。该系统通过外部中断接收试验触发信号并触发高速监控设备开始工作,通过1553B总线与采样控制单元进行通信,通过网口将试验状态及采集的传感器数据传递至上位机,从而较好地实现试验流程中各组成单元的关键控制与所需数据的采集存储。控制系统制备完成后已应用于正式试验,多次测试中该系统控制指令发送正常,数据采集存储可靠。该设计方案简单有效,可为其他航天试验控制系统的研制提供一定的参考。 To meet the control and data acquisition requirements of a certain aerospace experiment during the sampling process,a test control system based on ARM+FPGA architecture is designed.This system triggers high-speed monitoring devices to start working upon receiving experimental trigger signals via external interrupts.It communicates with the sampling control unit via the 1553B bus and transfers experiment status and collected sensor data to the host computer through the network port.Consequently,it effectively achieves the critical control of various components and the required data acquisition and storage during the experimental process.After the completion of system preparation,it has been applied in formal experiments,where the system exhibited normal control command transmission and reliable data collection and storage.This design scheme is simple and effective,providing a reference for the development of other aerospace experiment control systems.
