摘要
中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司(大榭石化)针对1-丁烯装置醚后C_(4)脱除丁二烯过程中1-丁烯损失率高的问题,进行了全面分析。指出C_(4)选择性加氢反应器的主要操作参数、催化剂的加氢选择性及催化剂的暂时性中毒失活,是直接影响加氢反应深度、导致副反应加剧、1-丁烯损失率增加的主要原因。通过采取优化反应器操作参数等措施,成功解决了1-丁烯损失率高的问题。运行结果表明:在加氢反应器反应温度为50~51℃、H_(2)/二烯烃摩尔比为1.15的条件下,1-丁烯损失率由4.15%下降到1.54%。
CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.conducted a comprehensive analysis on the high loss rate of 1-butene during the process of removing butadiene from etherified C_(4)in the 1-butene unit.It is pointed out that the main operating parameters of the C_(4)selective hydrogenation reactor,the hydrogenation selectivity of the catalyst,and the temporary poisoning and deactivation of the catalyst are the main reasons that directly affect the depth of the hydrogenation reaction,intensify the side reactions,and increase the loss of 1-butene.By taking measures such as optimizing the operating parameters of the reactor,the problem of high 1-butene loss rate has been successfully solved.The operation results show that under the conditions of the reaction temperature of 50-51℃of the hydrogenation reactor and the molar ratio of H_(2)to diene of 1.15,the loss rate of 1-butene drops from 4.15%to 1.54%.
