摘要
提高轻烃资源利用效率是促进炼化企业高质量发展的重要举措。作为高效转化技术,轻烃芳构化技术在炼化企业结构转型中得到重视。基于芳构化非临氢、低压、中温的反应条件和分子筛催化剂易积炭失活、需要频繁再生的技术特性,开发了小球形分子筛催化剂和连续反应-再生工艺,形成了移动床轻烃芳构化成套技术。某公司采用该技术建设了500 kt/a轻烃芳构化装置并进行了工业应用。结果表明:采用移动床芳构化技术可以实现催化剂的连续再生,装置操作平稳,催化剂活性保持较好,芳烃收率超过37%,能有效解决大型炼化企业轻烃资源利用难题,为国内“油转特”“油转化”工作开辟了一条新路径。
Improving the utilization efficiency of light hydrocarbon resources is a crucial measure to promote the high-quality development of refining and petrochemical enterprises.As an emerging and efficient conversion technology,light hydrocarbon aromatization technology has gradually garnered significant attention in the structural transformation of the refining and petrochemical industry.Considering the non-hydrogen,low-pressure,and moderate-temperature reaction conditions of aromatization,as well as the technical characteris-tics of molecular sieve catalyst which is prone to carbon deposition and deactivation and requires frequent regeneration,spherical zeolite catalysts and a continuous reaction-regeneration process are developed,forming a complete set of moving bed light hydrocarbon aromatization technology.A company has adopted this technology to construct a 500,000 TPY light hydrocarbon aromatization unit and achieved industrial application.Results demonstrate that the moving bed aromatization technology enables continuous catalyst regeneration,stable unit operation,and well-maintained catalyst activity,with an aromatic yield exceeding 37%.It can effectively solve the problem of light hydrocarbon resource utilization in large-scale refining and chemical enterprises,and open up a new path for domestic oil-to-specialty and oil-to-chemicals.
