摘要
硫化氢(H_(2)S)是一类生物体中用于调控细胞活动的关键生物信号分子,对生命至关重要。孤独症(ASD)是一种复杂的神经发育障碍疾病,病因十分复杂且尚无定论。目前许多临床数据表明H_(2)S水平在ASD患者中出现显著变化,而这种变化从何而来,又如何调控ASD的产生和发展,尚不清楚。该文重点介绍了H_(2)S的代谢过程和生理功能,并从氧化还原失衡、ncRNA表达异常、“肠-脑轴”紊乱这三个有与ASD病因相关角度出发,分析H_(2)S如何参与ASD致病机制。通过对H_(2)S与ASD关系探究为ASD致病因素提供新解释,为ASD诊断和治疗提供新范式。
Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)is a key biological signaling molecule used to regulate cell activities in organisms and is essential for life.Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder.The etiology of ASD is complex and has not yet been determined.At present,many clinical data showed that H_(2)S level changes significantly in ASD patients.However,it is still unclear how this change comes from and how it regulates the occurrence and development of ASD.This article focused on the metabolic process and physiological function of hydrogen sulfide,and analyzed how H_(2)S was involved in the pathogenesis of ASD from the perspective of REDOX imbalance,abnormal ncRNA expression,and“gut-brain axis”disorder.Exploring the relationship between H_(2)S and ASD will provide a new explanation for the pathogenic factors of ASD and a new paradigm for the diagnosis and treatment of ASD.The research on ASD targeting H_(2)S has a bright future.
