摘要
为防止轨道交通车辆牵引电机轴承发生电蚀失效,大多采用绝缘轴承,如氧化铝涂层轴承、PPS树脂涂层轴承等。不同类型绝缘轴承涂层材料、设计参数、绝缘性能以及套圈的力学性能均存在较大差异。以牵引电动机使用较多的氧化铝涂层轴承、PPS树脂涂层轴承为研究对象,开展了绝缘性能、耐候性等性能试验对比及套圈力学性能仿真分析,结果表明:高频电场环境下,氧化铝涂层轴承泄漏电流大于PPS树脂涂层轴承,且2种类型绝缘轴承泄漏电流均随电压和频率升高而增大,变化速率基本相当;PPS树脂涂层轴承工频耐压能力、耐压稳定性优于氧化铝涂层轴承,高温条件下氧化铝涂层轴承绝缘电阻稳定性更好;2种类型绝缘轴承套圈力学性能均可满足牵引电动机应用工况。
To prevent electric erosion failure,most traction motor bearings for rail transit vehicles use insulated bearings,such as alumina-coated bearings,PPS resin-coated bearings,etc.Significant differences exist among different types of insulated bearings in terms of coating materials,design parameters,insulation performance,and mechanical properties of rings.Taking alumina-coated bearings and PPS resin-coated bearings commonly used in traction motors as research objects,the comparative tests are conducted on insulation performance and weather resistance,and the simulation analysis is performed on mechanical properties of rings.The results show that under high-frequency electric field environment,the leakage current of alumina-coated bearings is greater than that of PPS resin-coated bearings,and the leakage current of both types of insulated bearings increases with the increase of voltage and frequency,with the change rates being basically the same;PPS resin-coated bearings have better power frequency withstand voltage capability and stability than alumina-coated bearings,while alumina-coated bearings demonstrate better stability in insulation resistance under high-temperature conditions;the mechanical properties of rings in both types of insulated bearings meet the application requirements for traction motors.
