摘要
为探讨船员心理压力与安全行为及其心理弹性之间的相互影响关系,以期通过减缓船员心理压力,为航行安全提供有效的指导和启示,采用心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,简称CD-RISC)、生活事件量表(Life Events Scale,简称LES)以及应对方式问卷,对191名船长和轮机长进行了评估。研究以心理弹性总分进行升序排列,并根据统计分析的27%划界分组原则,将样本分为高、中、低三个组别,各组间得分差异具有统计学意义。研究结论显示,船员的应对方式以成熟型和混合型为主,且整体上具备良好的心理弹性,其应对方式对安全行为具有显著的预测作用。
This paper provides a theoretical foundation for the psychological qualification standards of mariner members by investigating their psychological resilience and influencing factors,which have important practical significance for ensuring navigation safety.191 captains and chief engineers were evaluated using the Con-Nor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Life Events Scale(LES),and Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ).The scores were ranked in ascending order based on the total score of psychological resilience and were divided into high,medium,and low groups according to the statistical analysis of 27%.There was a statistical difference in scores.The conclusion indicates that the coping styles of mariner members are mainly mature and mixed,with good psychological resilience,and coping styles have a predictive effect on their safe behavior.
