摘要
随着全球对动物产品安全和质量要求的提高及对抗生素使用的严格限制,发酵中药作为一种新型饲料添加剂,以其独特的优势在畜牧养殖业中显示出巨大的应用潜力。发酵中药通过微生物的生物转化作用,可以显著提升中药药效、降低药物毒副作用、改善中药口味,以及增添新的活性成分。发酵中药的这些特性不仅提高了中药材的利用效率,还有助于调节动物肠道菌群,增强动物机体健康。文章综述了发酵中药在畜禽养殖中的应用现状和研究进展,包括其在提高动物生长性能、改善屠宰性能、增强免疫功能及治疗疾病方面的积极作用,以期为发酵中药在畜禽养殖中的进一步应用提供参考。
Global requirements for the safety and quality of animal products are improved,and the use of antibiotics is strictly restricted.As a new type of feed additive,fermented traditional Chinese medicine shows great application potential in the animal husbandry and aquaculture industry due to its unique advantages.The biotransformation of microorganisms is applied to fermented traditional Chinese medicine.By this way,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is significantly enhanced,the toxic and side effects of drugs are reduced,the taste of traditional Chinese medicine is improved,and new active ingredients are added.These characteristics not only improve the utilization efficiency of Chinese medicinal materials,but also help regulate the intestinal flora of animals and enhance the health of animal organisms.This article reviews the application status and research progress of fermented traditional Chinese medicine in livestock and poultry breeding.Its positive effects are included,such as improving animal growth performance,optimizing slaughter performance,enhancing immune function and treating diseases.This review is conducted to provide references for the further application of fermented traditional Chinese medicine in livestock and poultry breeding.
