摘要
近年来,受国际政治、经济波动及气候变化的影响,豆粕的供需矛盾日益加剧,价格持续高涨,严重制约了畜牧业的发展。为了保障我国饲料工业的可持续发展,饲料配方中采用多元化饲料原料以降低饲料中豆粕的使用量尤为重要。文章重点探讨了非豆粕类蛋白原料(包括杂粕、部分玉米加工副产物和非常规蛋白原料)在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展,主要论述了替代品的成本效益、营养价值、应用效果及替代品面临的问题和相应的改善措施,以期为饲料工业的可持续发展提供参考。
In recent years,under the influence of international politics,economic fluctuations and climate change,the contradiction between supply and demand of soybean meal has intensified day by day,and the price has continued to rise,which has seriously restricted the development of animal husbandry.In order to ensure the sustainable development of China′s feed industry,it is particularly important to use diversified feed raw materials in feed formula to reduce the consumption of soybean meal in feed.We focus on the application research progress of non-soybean meal protein raw materials(including miscellaneous meal,part of corn processing by-products and unconventional protein raw materials)in livestock and poultry production,covering cost-effectiveness,nutritional value,application effect,problems faced by substitutes and corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of feed industry.
