水杨苷对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、肌肉抗氧化能力及发育相关基因表达的影响

Effects of Salicin on Growth Performance,Meat Quality,Muscular Antioxidant Capacity and Expression of Development-Related Genes in Broilers

摘要 试验旨在探讨饲粮添加不同水平水杨苷对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、肌肉抗氧化能力及发育相关基因表达的影响。选择360只孵化重为(44.48±0.17)g的1日龄健康雄性爱拔益加肉鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每组6重复,每重复15只肉鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂含有100、250、500 mg/kg水杨苷的试验饲粮。结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组1~42日龄平均日增重与42日龄肉鸡胸肌率和腿肌率均显著提高(P<0.05)。②试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组胸肌pH_(45 min)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而滴水损失显著下降(P<0.05);添加不同水平水杨苷均可提高胸肌pH_(24 h)(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组胸肌过氧化氢酶活性显著升高而丙二醛(MDA)含量减少(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高而MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。④与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组胸肌肌细胞增强因子2A(MEF2A)相对表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)而肌肉自噬因子1(ATRO1)和肌肉生长抑制素(MSTN)相对表达显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组胸肌MEF2A和肌细胞增强因子表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。综上,水杨苷能够提高肉鸡生长性能、促进肌肉发育、改善胸肌肉品质和抗氧化能力,添加量为250 mg/kg时效果最佳。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of salicin on growth performance,meat quality,muscle antioxidant capacity,and expression of development-related genes in broilers.A total of 360 healthy 1-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers with a hatching weight of(44.48±0.17)g were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,with 6 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere fed experimental diets supplemented with 100,250,500 mg/kg salicin,respectively.The results showed that:①compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)from 1 to 42 days of age and the pectoral muscle rate and leg muscle rate at 42 days of age in experimental groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).②The pH_(45 min) of pectoral muscle in groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the drip loss was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the addition of salicin at different levels could increase the pH_(24 h) of pectoral muscle(P<0.05).③Compared with the control group,the catalase(CAT)activity in pectoral muscle of experimental groupⅡwas significantly increased,while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was decreased(P<0.05);the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in pectoral muscle of experimental groupⅢwas significantly increased,while the MDA content was decreased(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,the relative expression level of myocyte enhancer factor 2A(MEF2A)in the pectoral muscle of experimental groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),while the relative expressions of muscle atrophy factor 1(ATRO1)and myostatin(MSTN)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).For experimental groupⅢ,the relative expression levels of MEF2A and myocyte enhancer factors in the pectoral muscle were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,salicin can improve the growth performance,promote muscle development,and enhance the pectoral muscle quality and antioxidant capacity of broilers,with the optimal supplementation level being 250 mg/kg.
