高油高产大豆新品种湘春豆41的选育

摘要 为选育适宜长江流域种植的高油高产春大豆新品种,湖南省农业科学院作物研究所于2015年春播大豆亲本,以高油品种湘春豆24为母本,高产品种油春1204为父本进行有性杂交,采用混合法和系谱法选育出高油、高产大豆新品种湘春豆41。2022—2023年参加湖南省粒用型春大豆区域试验,2年区域试验平均产量为2861.6 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种湘春豆24增产10.8%。2023年参加湖南省粒用型春大豆生产试验,平均产量为2928.0 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种湘春豆24增产9.8%。该品种高油、高产、抗病性强,平均蛋白质含量为39.20%,平均脂肪含量为23.05%。适宜湖南省及气候相似长江流域作粒用型春大豆推广种植。2024年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号为湘审豆20241003。 In order to select a new high-oil and high-yield soybean cultivar suitable for spring soybean cultivation in the Yangtze River Basin,the Crop Research Institute of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences sowed soybean parents in 2015.The high-oil cultivar Xiangchundou 24 was used as the female parent and the high-yield cultivar Youchun 1204 was used as the male parent for sexual hybridization,and a combination of mixing and pedigree methods was used to select a new high-oil and high-yield soybean cultivar Xiangchundou 41.From 2022 to 2023,it participated regional trial of grain type spring soybeans in Hunan Province,the average yield was 2861.6 kg/ha in two years,an increase of 10.8%compared to the control cultivar Xiangchundou 24.In 2023,it participated production trial of grain type spring soybeans in Hunan Province,the average yield was 2928.0 kg/ha,an increase of 9.8%compared to the control cultivar Xiangchundou 24.This cultivar had high-oil content,high yield,and strong disease resistance.The average protein content in two years regional trial was 39.20%,the average fat content was 23.05%,which was suitable for promoting the cultivation of grain type spring soybeans in Hunan Province and the Yangtze River Basin with similar climates.In 2024,it passed the approval of Hunan Province Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval number was Xiangshendou 20241003.
