符号·组织·课程--马来西亚华文独立中学华乐团的文化属性

Symbol,Organization,and Curriculum:The Cultural Attributes of Chinese Orchestras in Malaysian Chinese Independent High Schools

摘要 华乐团是马来西亚华文独立中学教育体系中不可或缺的组成部分,在长期发展中形成趋同的运作模式,发展出“符号·组织·课程”三重文化属性。作为“符号”,它是马来西亚官方与华人社群共识的中华民族文化象征,并凭借此共识性的“符号资本”争取华乐团生存与发展所需资源;作为“组织”,它是自组织与他组织相统一的学生社团,具有“外辅内主”的属性特征,通过符号与使命共识、自主管理层、以老带新、商演反哺等建构了稳定的自组织有序结构;作为“课程”,它是开展群育与美育的课程载体,依托学分纳入总成绩计算的制度设计,获得与其他学术课程相当的地位,成为华文独立中学践行“五育并举”的重要教育途径。 The Chinese orchestra is an indispensable component of the educational system of Malaysian Chinese independent high schools.Over the course of its development,it has evolved a convergent operational model and established three cultural attributes:symbol,organization,and curriculum.As a symbol,it serves as a cultural emblem of the Chinese nation,jointly recognized by the Malaysian government and the Chinese community.This"symbolic capital"of cultural consensus provides essential resources for the orchestra's survival and growth.As an organization,it represents a student association that unites self organization and hetero organization,characterized by"internal leadership with external support".Through shared symbols and missions,autonomous leadership structures,mentorship between senior and junior members,and back feeding from commercial performances,it has formed a stable and orderly self organizing system.As a curriculum,it functions as a medium for both moral and aesthetic development.By being incorporated into the credit and grading system,the orchestra attains an academic status equivalent to other subjects,becoming an important vehicle for realizing the schools'ideal of"Five Education Integration".
