敞篷跑车软顶系统尺寸匹配分析与优化

摘要 文章研究对象为某敞篷跑车的软顶系统,其安装姿态和尺寸精度直接影响到该系统折叠及展开的功能可靠性、以及气密水密等密封性能。该系统装配工艺复杂,且功能尺寸控制挑战大。文章通过3DCS三维尺寸链建模从工艺方案、定位方案、功能尺寸控制等方面进行分析优化并通过实车验证,最终满足了软顶系统功能实现和外观匹配要求。文章填补了国内敞篷跑车软顶系统的尺寸开发和工艺开发方面的空白。 The dimensional matching challenges of the soft top system for a convertible sports car are investigated.The installation posture and dimensional accuracy of this system directly affect the functional reliability of its folding and unfolding operations,as well as sealing performance such as air and water sealing.The assembly process is complex,and functional dimension control presents significant challenges.Analysis and optimization are performed using 3DCS modeling,covering pro⁃cess schemes,positioning schemes,and functional dimension control,and are validated through ac⁃tual vehicle testing,ultimately satisfying the functional and aesthetic matching requirements of the soft top system.A gap in dimensional and process development for domestic convertible sports car soft top systems has been filled.
