摘要
车辆在颠簸路面行驶时,车尾会发生振动,该振动的振幅过大时,后盖与侧围存在碰擦损伤的风险。使用自编自研的自动侦测设备,对车辆进行跟踪监测,明确了造成该问题的高风险道路特征。在取得相关道路的路试采样数据后,使用自编数据处理软件,基于冗余位移信号和PSD计算,找出了合适的滤波方案,实现了加速度信号的频域积分,绘制了车尾的路试振型。实践表明,上述结果可用于设计前期的风险识别,对设计改进有可靠的实际贡献。
When a vehicle travels on bumpy roads,the rear end vibrates,and excessive vi⁃bration amplitude poses a risk of rubbing damage between the rear lid and side panels.Automatic de⁃tection equipment is utilized for vehicle tracking and monitoring,which identified the high-risk road characteristics causing this issue.After obtaining road test sampling data from relevant roads,selfdeveloped data processing software is employed.Based on redundant displacement signals and PSD calculations,a suitable filtering scheme is identified,frequency-domain integration of acceleration signals is achieved,and the road test vibration mode of the vehicle rear was plotted.Practical applica⁃tions have demonstrated that these results can be used for risk identification in the early design stage and provide reliable practical input for design improvements.
