摘要
为研究6013-T6高强度铝合金材料的力学性能,对该材料进行了单调拉伸试验、高温拉伸试验以及循环加载试验研究。结果表明:6013-T6高强度铝合金的屈服强度均值达到330 MPa,抗拉强度均值达355 MPa;当温度高于200℃时,材料的弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度显著降低,在400℃时,屈服强度和抗拉强度降至室温下的10%以下。改进了两阶段Ramberg-Osgood高温本构模型,采用该模型计算所得6013-T6高强度铝合金高温压力-应变曲线与试验结果吻合较好。采用Ramberg-Osgood模型,对循环加载下的材料应力-应变骨架曲线进行拟合,获得了材料的骨架曲线关键参数。此外,基于Chaboche循环塑性本构模型,通过试验数据对模型相关参数进行标定,并进行有限元模拟,循环加载材料应力-应变曲线模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。6013-T6高强度铝合金具有优越的力学性能,可应用于大跨度空间结构中。
In order to explore the mechanical properties of 6013-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy material,monotonic tensile tests,high temperature tensile tests and cyclic loading tests were carried out.The results show that the average yield strength of 6013-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy reaches 330 MPa and the average tensile strength reaches 355 MPa.When the temperature is higher than 200℃,the elastic modulus,yield strength and tensile strength of the material decrease significantly.At 400℃,the yield and tensile strength drop to less than 10% of that at room temperature.The two-stage Ramberg-Osgood high-temperature constitutive model was improved,resulting in close agreement with the experimental results.The Ramberg-Osgood model was used to fit the stress-strain cyclic skeleton curve,and the key parameters of the skeleton curve were obtained.In addition,based on the Chaboche cyclic plastic constitutive model,the relevant parameters of the model were calibrated through experimental data.Finite element simulations were carried out,and the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.6013-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy has superior mechanical properties and can be widely used in largespan space structures.
