摘要
为研究斜交型钢混凝土梁柱节点的抗震性能,以西安火车站沿地裂缝处典型边节点为原型,按照1∶4缩尺及等刚度原则设计了两个不同斜梁(钢筋混凝土和型钢混凝土)构造形式的斜交型钢混凝土梁柱节点试件,并对其进行双向往复加载试验。试验结果表明:各节点试件在两个加载方向上的承载能力、延性和耗能能力等均表现较好,且在X方向加载时的承载能力和延性均高于Y方向;斜梁配置型钢可以提高节点试件的承载能力和耗能能力。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了12个斜交型钢混凝土梁柱节点有限元模型,并进行有限元数值模拟与参数分析。研究发现:轴压比不超过0.5时,增大轴向压力能够提高节点受剪承载力;采用Q345、Q390、Q420钢材的节点承载力提高程度依次减小;斜交边节点在两个加载轴方向的承载力相较直交节点的提高程度均超过50%。同时,建立了斜交型钢混凝土梁柱节点的恢复力模型,给出了刚度退化规律计算式;并通过引入轴压比,建立了斜交型钢混凝土梁柱节点的受剪承载力计算式,计算结果与试验及模拟值误差小于10%。
In order to study the seismic performance of steel concrete composite joints with inclined concrete beam,two steel concrete beam-column joints with different inclined concrete beam structures(reinforced concrete and steel reinforced concrete)were designed according to 1:4 scale and equal stiffness principle based on the typical edge joints along ground cracks in Xi'an Railway Station.Subsequently,bidirectional cyclic loading tests were carried out on these specimens.The test results show that the loading capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of all node specimens are good in both loading directions,and the loading capacity and ductility of all specimens in the X direction are higher than those in the Y direction.The loading capacity and energy dissipation capacity of joint specimens can be improved by the inclined concrete beam configuration.12 finite element models of composite joints with inclined beam were developed in ABAQUS to conduct finite element numerical simulations and parameter analysis.The results indicate that when the axial compression ratio does not exceed O.5,increasing axial compression can improve the shear bearing capacity of nodes.The degree of improvement in the bearing capacity of Q345,Q390,and Q420 steel joints decreases in sequence.The bearing capacity of skewed edge joints in both loading axis directions is increased by more than 50%compared with that of orthogonal joints.A resilience force model of the composite joints with inclined beam was established,along with the calculation formula of stiffness degradation.Furthermore,a bearing capacity model of the composite joints with inclined beam was established by introducing the axial compression ratio.The error between the calculated results and the experimental and simulated values is less than 10%.
