叠合波纹钢板夹芯组合剪力墙抗震性能研究

摘要 为缓解叠合波纹钢板剪力墙的波纹钢板溃缩变形,并改善其滞回性能,提出一种叠合波纹钢板夹芯组合剪力墙。该剪力墙将两块平行对扣放置的波纹钢板通过螺栓连接,并在波纹空腔内填充PET泡沫板。通过拟静力试验和有限元模拟相结合的方法,对比分析叠合波纹钢板剪力墙和叠合波纹钢板夹芯组合剪力墙的破坏模式和滞回性能。结果表明:叠合波纹钢板夹芯组合剪力墙的破坏模式为X形外凸鼓曲变形,PET泡沫板可以为波纹钢板提供单侧面外支撑,防止波纹钢板腔体发生溃缩变形,有效约束面外变形,显著提升剪力墙延性;与叠合波纹钢板剪力墙相比,叠合波纹钢板夹芯组合剪力墙的延性系数提高241.79%,累积耗能提高65.99%,承载力提高5.33%,屈服荷载提高5.28%。同时,通过有限元模拟发现,填充PET泡沫板后,拉力带与荷载施加方向夹角减小,显著提升剪力墙受剪性能。 To alleviate the collapse deformation of corrugated steel plates in double corrugated steel plate shear wall and improve the hysteresis performance,a double corrugated steel plate sandwich composite shear wall was proposed.In the structure,two corrugated steel plates placed in parallel are connected by bolts,with PET foam plates filled in the corrugated cavity.By combining quasi-static tests and finite element simulation,the failure modes and hysteretic performance of double corrugated steel plate shear walland double corrugated steel plate sandwich composite shear wall were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the failure mode of the double corrugated steel plate sandwich composite shear wall is X-shaped outward bulging deformation.The PET foam plate significantly improves the ductility of the structure by providing single-side external support for the corrugated steel plate,preventing the collapse deformation of the corrugated steel plate cavity,and effectively restraining out-of-plane deformation.Compared with the double corrugated steel plate shear wall,the double corrugated steel plate sandwich composite shear wall filled with PET exhibits the increases of241.79%in the ductility coefficient,65.99%in the accumulated energy consumption,5.33% in the bearing capacity,and 5.28%in the yield load,respectively.Finite element simulation results indicate that filling the PET form board reduces the angle between the tension band and the load application direction,thereby significantly improving the horizontal shear performance of the shear wall.
