我国超限高层建筑抗震设计研究与实践进展

Research and practice advances in seismic design of codeexceeding tall buildings in China

摘要 自20世纪80年代以来,我国已建成了大量超限高层建筑。然而,存在超限高层建筑的抗震设计依据不足、抗震分析和设计难度大等问题。为了较全面地了解我国超限高层建筑抗震设计技术现状,从超限判定标准、基于性能的抗震设计、减隔震技术等三方面,对近30年我国在超限高层建筑抗震设计方面的研究与实践进展进行了系统梳理。介绍了我国超限高层建筑抗震设防专项审查的历史和现状,总结了目前全国各地对于平面不规则、竖向不规则和高度超限的判定标准的异同及相关研究进展。从抗震性能水准和性能目标、抗震性能分析和验证、最小地震剪力系数、框架剪力分担比等4方面总结了超限高层建筑基于性能的抗震设计研究与实践进展。从隔震技术、消能减震技术、主动控制与半主动控制技术等方面介绍了减隔震技术的研究进展和在高层建筑中的应用情况。最后,对超限高层建筑抗震设计今后的研究方向进行了展望。 Since 1980's,a large number of code-exceeding tall buildings have been constructed in China.However,the seismic design of code-exceeding tall buildings is challenged by the lack of an established seismic design basis and the difficulty of seismic analysis and design.To understand the state of the art of the seismic design technology for the code-exceeding tall buildings in China,the research and practice advances in recent thirty years were reviewed.The review focused on three key aspects:the criteria for the judgement of irregularity,performancebased seismic design,and base isolation and energy dissipation technologies.The history and current status of special review for the seismic fortification of code-exceeding tall buildings in China were briefly introduced.The difference and similarity in the criteria for the judgement of plan irregularity,vertical irregularity,and height exceeding adopted around different areas of China and the related research progress were presented.The research advances in performance-based seismic design were reviewed,specifically in the areas of seismic performance levels and objectives,performance analysis and verification,the minimum seismic shear coefficient,and the proportion of shear force born by frame.Advances in base isolation,energy dissipation,active control and semi-active control technologies as well as their applications in tall buildings were presented.Finally,future research directions in the seismic design of code-exceeding tall buildings were proposed.
