高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育教师角色的挑战与优化机制

The Role of University Teachers in Education for Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation:Challenges and Optimization Mechanisms

摘要 铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育是推进新时代党的民族工作高质量发展、实现中华民族伟大复兴的奠基性工程。高校教师在铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育中承担着理论传授、价值引领与行为塑造的重要任务,是推动教育目标达成的关键力量。基于课程思政圈层协同模型,高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育教师的角色定位可表征为注重认知传授的“思政课程”教师、关注情感浸润的“课程思政”教师和关照行为塑造的“大思政课”教师。各教师角色之间相互协同、多维互动,形成互补互构的育人闭环。但在实践中,思政课程、课程思政与“大思政课”各类教师在功能分工与协同实施中也存在“重政治轻学理”“重知识轻价值”“重显性轻隐性”的现实挑战。为应对这些挑战,需要通过内外联动、权责匹配和规范保障,构建起“支持—评价—落实”三位一体的教师角色优化机制,提升高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的整体效能。 Education for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation serves as a foundational project for advancing the high-quality development of the Party's ethnic work in the new era and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.University teachers,responsible for theoretical instruction,value guidance,and shaping behavior,serve as key forces in achieving these educational objectives.Based on the concentric circle synergy model of curriculum-based ideological and political education,their roles can be characterized as:teachers of"ideological and political theory courses"focusing on cognitive transmission,teachers of"curriculum-based ideological and political education"emphasizing affective nurturing,and teachers employing a "holistic approach to ideological and political education"focused on shaping behavior.These roles should operate synergistically through multidimensional interactions,forming a complementary and mutually constructive self-reinforcing educational cycle.However,practical challenges persist in the functional division and coordination among these teachers,manifesting as"prioritizing politics over academic rigor,""emphasizing knowledge transmission at the expense of value cultivation,"and"focusing on explicit instruction while neglecting implicit influence."Addressing these requires establishing a tripartite role optimization mechanism of"support-evaluation-implementation"through internal-external linkage,authority-responsibility alignment,and normative safeguards to enhance the overall effectiveness of this educational endeavor in higher education.
