摘要
该研究以柳州城市职业学院为案例,探索高职院校助力地方文化面向东盟传播的有效路径。针对当前柳州文化对外传播存在的平台缺失、内容单一、语言局限等问题,创新性提出由国际学生主创的“他者”视角柔性传播模式。研究采用行动研究法,组织老挝、印尼学生以个人创作和专业合作相结合的形式创作文化视频,并使用其母语在其本国社交媒体的个人账号进行传播。实证分析表明,该模式在东盟受众中反响良好,有效提升了柳州文化的亲和力与影响力。研究进一步提出,应从激励机制、平台协同、内容深化与技术赋能四方面优化策略,为高职院校服务地方文化“走出去”提供实践参考。
This study takes Liuzhou City Vocational College as a case to explore effective paths for vocational colleges to assist local culture in spreading to ASEAN.In response to the current problems in the external dissemination of Liuzhou culture,such as the lack of platforms,insufficient content,and language limitations,an innovative"foreign perspective"soft dissemination model led by international students is proposed.The study adopts the action research method,organizing students from Laos and Indonesia to create cultural videos through a combination of individual creation and professional collaboration,and disseminating them on their personal social media accounts in their native languages.Empirical analysis shows that this model has received a positive response from ASEAN audiences and effectively enhanced the affinity and influence of Liuzhou culture.The study further suggests that strategies should be optimized from four aspects:incentive mechanisms,platform coordination,content deepening,and technological empowerment,providing practical references for vocational colleges to serve the"going global"of local culture.
