摘要
月经病发生与冲任二脉失调密切相关,严重者可引发闭经、卵巢早衰及不孕。商洛名中医洪秀珍依据“冲为血海,任主胞胎”理论,认为冲任失调是月经病核心病机,以“调补冲任”为治则,善用对药配伍:当归配川芎通冲脉,黄芪合党参充任脉,桃仁红花逐瘀通经,白芍桂枝温通任脉,临床疗效确切。现梳理其学术思想与临证对药特色,以期为中医妇科治疗提供借鉴。
Menstrual disorders are closely related to the imbalance of Chong and Ren meridians.In severe cases,it can lead to amenorrhea,premature ovarian failure and infertility.Hong Xiuzhen,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shangluo,based on the theory that“Chong meridian is the sea of blood and Ren meridian governs the uterus”,believes that the imbalance of Chong and Ren meridians is the core pathogenesis of menstrual disorders.She adheres to the therapeutic principle of“tonifying and regulating Chong and Ren meridians”and skillfully uses paired medicines:Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong to regulate Chong meridian,Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula to tonify Ren meridian,Prunus persica and Carthamus tinctorius to remove blood stasis and regulate menstruation,and Paeonia lactiflora and Cinnamomum cassia to warm and regulate Ren meridian.The clinical efficacy is remarkable.This paper sorts out her academic thoughts and the characteristics of paired medicines in clinical practice,with the aim of providing reference for the treatment of gynecological disorders in traditional Chinese medicine.
