基于DSP和AD2S1210的雷达伺服系统旋转变压器解码设计

摘要 为了实现雷达伺服系统旋转变压器解码以及解码硬件电路集成化和小型化,采用基于“DSP28335+AD2S1210+共激磁”的硬件电路架构形式,以DSP28335为主控芯片,通过采用初始化SPI外设、初始化两块AD2S1210芯片激磁频率以及定时中断服务的方法,实现对二维雷达伺服旋转变压器数据的解码。通过搭建测试系统可知,在雷达伺服机构不断旋转时,解析的方位和俯仰两只旋转变压器数据准确、稳定,无异常解析数据。该方法所用硬件资源少、编程简单,非常适用于集成化、小型化、低成本的应用场合,可为实际工程开发提供借鉴和帮助。 To achieve the goals of decoding the radar servo system’s rotary transformer and integrating and miniaturizing the decoding hardware circuit,a hardware circuit architecture based on“DSP28335+AD2S1210+common excitation”is adopted.The DSP28335 serves as the main control chip.By initializing the SPI peripherals,setting the excitation frequency for two AD2S1210 chips,and using timed interrupt service routines,the system successfully decodes the data from the two⁃dimensional radar servo rotary transformer.Testing reveals that while the radar servo mechanism continuously rotates,the decoded azimuth and pitch data from the rotary transformers are accurate and stable,with no abnormal decoded data.This method utilizes minimal hardware resources,features simple programming,and is highly suitable for integrated,miniaturized,and low⁃cost applications,providing valuable reference and assistance for practical engineering development.
