摘要
隧道工程在交通、水利及市政工程领域的应用越来越广泛。对于地质条件复杂、埋深较浅的隧道浅埋段,施工过程中常面临围岩稳定性差、地层变形大及坍塌风险高等问题。水平旋喷桩作为一种高效的超前地层加固技术,能在隧道开挖前形成连续止水帷幕与承载拱,显著提升地层稳定性。文中结合某隧道出口浅埋段施工实例,系统阐述了水平旋喷桩超前辅助措施的施工工艺流程、关键技术要点、施工难点与控制措施,并通过现场监测数据分析加固效果。研究表明,合理控制钻孔角度、注浆压力与浆液配比,可有效改善围岩力学性能,确保隧道安全顺利开挖。
Tunnel engineering has been increasingly widely applied in the fields of transportation,water conservancy and municipal engineering.For the shallow-buried sections of tunnels with complex geological conditions and relatively shallow burial depths,problems such as poor stability of surrounding rocks,large deformation of strata and high risk of collapse are often encountered during the construction process.Horizontal jet grouting piles,as an efficient advanced stratum reinforcement technology,can form continuous water-stop curtains and load-bearing arches before tunnel excavation,significantly enhancing stratum stability.This paper,based on a construction example of a shallow-buried section at the exit of a certain tunnel,systematically expounds the construction process flow,key technical points,construction difficulties and control measures of the advanced auxiliary measures for horizontal jet grouting piles,and analyzes the reinforcement effect through on-site monitoring data.Research shows that reasonable control of the drilling angle,grouting pressure and slurry ratio can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock,ensure the safe and smooth excavation of the tunnel,and provide a reference for similar projects.
