有限空间大跨度横跨地铁钢箱梁安装技术

摘要 随着城市化进程的快速发展,基础设施建设不断完善,地上、地下交叉工程逐渐增多。当大跨度高架桥在基础设施密集区,且横跨地铁结构时,面临施工期作业空间有限,上部结构自重和施工荷载可能导致地铁结构变形过大,影响地铁安全和正常运行。以西安咸阳国际机场综合交通中心(GTC)工程地面双层桥与地铁14号线重叠部分为背景,提出将贝雷梁横跨于承台垫梁上的施工方案,使其与地铁结构成为独立的受力体系,实现对地铁结构的近零扰动,并通过数值模拟计算上部荷载作用下贝雷梁及钢箱梁的变形,结合设计预拱值精准确定钢箱梁下调节短管的长度,保证了桥面平整度;同时基于布西奈斯克解计算施工过程中吊车距离地铁隧道外壁的最小水平净距,控制吊装作业对隧道外壁的附加荷载在安全限值内。施工期监测表明,北侧双层桥与地铁重叠区域车站拱顶最大竖向位移为1.9 mm,重叠区域内外竖向位移绝对值相差小于2 mm,验证了此安装技术科学合理,对地铁结构的影响可控。此安装技术施工对场地空间要求较小、工序简单明确,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of urbanization,infrastructure construction has been continuously improved,and the number of ground and underground cross projects has gradually increased.When the long-span viaduct is in the infrastructure-intensive area and spans the subway structure,the working space during the construction period is limited.The self-weight of the superstructure and the construction load may cause the deformation of the subway structure to be too large,affecting the safety and normal operation of the subway.Based on the overlapping part of the ground double-deck bridge of GTC project of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport and Metro Line 14,the Bailey beam was spanned on the cushion beam of the pile cap,which could make it an independent force system with the subway structure,so as to realize the near-zero disturbance to the subway structure.The deformation of Bailey beam and steel box girder under upper load was simulated by numerical simulation,and the length of adjusting short pipe under steel box girder was determined by combining with the design pre-arch value,so as to ensure the flatness of bridge deck.At the same time,the minimum horizontal clear distance between the crane and the outer wall of the subway tunnel during the construction process was calculated based on the Boussinesq solution,which meeted the limit requirements of the additional load on the outer wall of the subway tunnel during the hoisting operation.The monitoring during the construction period shows that the maximum vertical displacement of the station vault in the overlapping area of the north double-deck bridge and the subway is 1.9 mm,and the absolute value of the vertical displacement inside and outside the overlapping area is less than 2 mm,which verifies that the installation technology is scientific and reasonable,and the influence on the subway structure is controllable.The installation technology construction has less requirements on the space of the site,and the process is simple and clear,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
