摘要
习近平文化思想具有深厚的人文经济学意蕴,对我国人文经济高质量发展具有重要的实践引领意义,是以“两个结合”为根本遵循的理论学说,既是世界观和方法论,也是价值观、认识论与实践论,是推动中国式现代化人文经济高质量发展的重大理论创新成果。它不仅丰富和发展了马克思主义人文经济学理论,也继承并弘扬了中华优秀传统文化中的人文经济理念。从新时代推进人文经济实践发展与促进人文经济学理论创新的双重维度出发,深入把握习近平文化思想的精髓要义、原创性贡献、科学体系及实践功能,有助于更清晰地认识其“明体达用、体用贯通”的鲜明特质,从而更加全面地把握其科学架构、理论创新与实践指向。在中国式现代化进程中,应充分运用习近平文化思想所蕴含的人文经济学理论,自觉统筹经济与文化、功利与伦理、科技理性与人文理性、经济安全与文化安全等诸多方面的客观现实关系,以中国化时代化的马克思主义人文经济学端正发展方向、明确价值目标、塑造现代化愿景,不断开创中华文化新辉煌,谱写新时代文明新篇章。
Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has profound humanistic economic implications and provides significant practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of China’s people-first economy.Guided by the principle of the“Two Integrations”,it serves not only as a worldview and methodology but also as a system of values,epistemology,and praxis.It represents a major theoretical innovation and a theoretical doctrine aimed at advancing the high-quality development of the people-first economy within the framework of Chinese modernization,having both enriched and developed Marxist theories of humanistic economics,as well as inherited and enhanced the humanistic economic philosophy found in China’s fine traditional culture.Examining the essence,original contributions,theoretical system,and practical functions of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture from the dual perspectives of advancing the practice of the people-first economy in the new era and promoting innovation in humanistic economic theory will help to better recognize its distinct feature of integrating fundamental principles with practical application,thereby enabling a more comprehensive grasp of its theoretical structure,innovative content,and practical orientation.In advancing Chinese modernization,it is essential to fully apply the humanistic economics embedded in Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,consciously balancing a series of practical relationships—such as those between economy and culture,between utility and ethics,between technological rationality and humanistic rationality,and between economic security and cultural security.Through the application of Sinicized and contemporary Marxist humanistic economics,we can rectify the value orientation of development,clarify developmental goals,and shape the vision of Chinese modernization,thereby continuing to achieve new heights in Chinese culture and build a more splendid civilization in the new era.
