摘要
文章以佛山市某215 m超高层建筑为例,采用C80高性能混凝土,通过配比优化试验确定合适材料组合,同时建立坍落度监测体系,实施标准化浇筑养护工艺,并与C60普通混凝土进行耐久性对比试验。结果表明,优化后的高性能混凝土28天抗压强度达62 MPa,工作性能保持时间延长至3 h以上,总孔隙率较普通混凝土降低33%,氯离子扩散深度仅为1 mm。
Taking a 215 meter super high-rise building in Foshan City as an example,this article uses C80 high-performance concrete,determines suitable material combinations through proportioning optimization experiments,establishes a slump monitoring system,implements standardized pouring and curing processes,and conducts durability comparison tests with C60 ordinary concrete.The results showed that the optimized high-performance concrete had a compressive strength of 62 MPa at 28 days,an extended workability retention time of over 3 hours,a 33%reduction in total porosity compared to ordinary concrete,and a chloride ion diffusion depth of only 1 mm.
