铁路桥梁实体墩整体浇筑施工要点

摘要 针对铁路桥梁实体墩整体浇筑施工中的质量通病与效率瓶颈,文章结合某新建铁路标段工程实践,通过优化钢筋加工定位、模板拼装精度控制、混凝土分层浇筑及温控养护等关键技术,有效解决蜂窝、色差、水纹及温度裂纹等常见缺陷。工程应用表明,该技术体系可使混凝土缺陷发生率降低30%以上,工期缩短15%,提升实体墩结构耐久性与表面观感质量,为复杂地质区铁路桥梁施工提供实践参考。 In response to the common quality problems and efficiency bottlenecks in the overall pouring construction of railway bridge solid piers,this article combines the practice of a new railway section project and effectively solves common defects such as honeycomb,color difference,water marks,and temperature cracks by optimizing key technologies such as steel bar processing positioning,template assembly accuracy control,concrete layer pouring,and temperature control maintenance.Engineering applications have shown that this technology system can reduce the occurrence rate of concrete defects by more than 30%,shorten the construction period by 15%,improve the durability and surface appearance quality of solid pier structures,and provide practical reference for railway bridge construction in complex geological areas.
