摘要
设计了建筑施工用的定型化可折叠变高度轻型操作架,通过理论计算和数值模拟开展横杆受力、立杆轴力和抗倾覆稳定性计算、折叠架整体受力及失稳分析,确保结构安全可靠。通过使用铝合金材料、合理布置开爬梯洞口,解决钢管扣件脚手架、盘扣脚手架等搭设操作架过程复杂、质量大、爬梯布设困难、人员不易操作的问题。通过底部承托,解决了登高作业架易倾覆的安全风险问题、底部滚动轮带来的违规操作风险问题,通过设置斜撑增加结构稳定性。结合经济分析,对比同条件钢管盘扣操作架的立杆数量。研究结果表明,随着周转次数增加,新型操作架能够显著减少人工搭设时间,实现降本增效。
A standardized foldable variable height lightweight operating frame for construction has been designed.Through theoretical calculations and numerical simulations,the horizontal bar force,vertical pole axial force,and anti overturning stability calculation,as well as the overall force and instability analysis of the folding frame,have been carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.By using aluminum alloy materials and arranging ladder openings reasonably,the problems of complex,heavy,difficult ladder installation,and personnel difficulty in operating scaffolding such as steel pipe fastener scaffolding and plate fastener scaffolding can be solved.Through the bottom support,the safety risk of easy overturning of the climbing operation frame and the illegal operation risk caused by the bottom rolling wheel are solved,and the structural stability is increased by setting slant support.Combining economy analysis,this paper compares the number of upright poles of steel pipe buckle operating frames under the same conditions.The research results indicate that with the increase of turnover times,the new operating frame can significantly reduce manual installation time and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
