摘要
温州的戏曲民营剧团有着创办早、剧种多、数量多、延续久、机制灵活等特点,是戏曲艺术在民间的重要传播者和传承者。目前戏曲民营剧团面临着演职人才流失、演出市场萎缩等问题,相关部门有必要从政策法规上进行引导与扶持,从而加强其内部、外部的管理以及发展策略的调整与制定。为此,提出管理上的提升对策,以期市场监管部门、文化部门、行业协会、剧团管理者等能发挥更大的作用。
Wenzhou’s folk opera troupes have the characteristics of early establishment,diverse genres,large quantity,long-lasting continuity,and flexible mechanisms.They are important disseminators and inheritors of opera in the folk.At present,folk operatroupes are facing problems such as talent loss and shrinking performance markets.It is necessary for relevant departments to guide and support them through policies and regulations,in order to strengthen their internal and external management,as well as adjust and formulate development strategies.Therefore,this article proposes management strategiesin order to enable market supervision departments,cultural departments,industry associations,troupe managers,and others to play a greater role.
