Design of Lighting Energy-Saving Systems for the Intelligent Retrofitting of Existing Public Buildings

摘要 城市建设进入存量时代与国家“双碳”战略目标的双重驱动下,既有建筑照明系统改造成为节能改造的关键环节。分析商业、办公、酒店3类典型公共建筑照明系统存在的问题,构建分级、递增的改造目标体系,提出融合高效硬件与智慧化控制作为抓手的改造模式,实现综合节能率的提升,为既有建筑绿色低碳转型提供系统性解决方案。 Under the dual drive of urban construction entering the stock stage and the national“dual carbon”strategy,the retrofitting of existing building lighting systems has become a key link in energy-saving renovation.The problems existing in the lighting systems of three typical public buildings(commercial buildings,office buildings,and hotels)are analyzed.A hierarchical and incremental renovation target system is constructed,and a renovation model is proposed—which takes the integration of high-efficiency hardware and intelligent control as the starting point—to achieve an improvement in comprehensive energy efficiency.Through this model,a systematic solution is provided for the green and low-carbon transformation of such buildings.
