基于博弈论组合赋权的商场建筑火灾风险模糊综合评价

摘要 商场建筑火灾致因复杂,容易造成严重后果及不良社会影响。为准确评价商场建筑火灾风险,构建基于AHP—熵权法的模糊综合评价模型。首先,建立针对商场建筑火灾的评价指标体系,其中包括准则层5个指标,指标层21个指标。其次,基于AHP和熵权法分别进行评价指标的主观、客观赋权,运用博弈论计算组合权重并对评价指标的重要度进行排序,利用模糊综合评价法判定火灾风险等级。以忻州某商场为例,验证评价模型的准确性,并根据评价结果提出对应的防范措施。结果表明:综合权重排名前三的指标为电气设备、应急预案及演练、火灾荷载;该商场火灾危险评价等级为“较安全”,评价结果与商场建筑火灾的实际风险情况一致;根据评价结果,提出针对性的建议和改进措施。 There are various factors leading to shopping mall fires which are prone to serious accident consequences Mining and Technology(Beijing),Beijing 100083,China and adverse social impacts.In order to accurately evaluate the fire risk of shopping mall buildings,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP-entropy weight method is established.Firstly,an evaluation index system for shopping mall fires was established,including 5 indicators at the criterion level and 21 indicators at the index level.Secondly,based on AHP and entropy weight method,the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes are respectively given,and the combined weights are calculated by game theory and the importance of evaluation indexes is sorted.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the fire risk level.Finally,the accuracy of the evaluation model is verified in a shopping mall in Xinzhou,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward according to the evaluation results.The results show that the top three indexes of comprehensive weight are electrical equipment,emergency plan and training,fire load;the fire risk evaluation grade of the shopping mall is“safer”,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual risk situation of the shopping mall fire.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions and improvement measures are put forward.
