摘要
灌区骨干输配水工程及其配套设施是水利工程的重要组成部分,在使用过程中,为规避渠道严重淤堵问题,需要及时进行优化设计。以马家屯中型灌区骨干输配水工程及配套设施优化设计项目为例,分析输配水工程及配套设施建设的必要性,提出优化和改进设计控制过程。结果表明,在进行设计时,需按照既定规范标准与灌区建设现状,对输配水渠道、管道以及建筑物配套设计加以完善,以使灌区工程发挥出应有价值,从而确保水利工程项目能够更好地发挥自身服务功能。
The supporting facilities of the key water transmission and distribution project in the irrigation area are an important part of the water conservancy project.In order to avoid the serious problem of channel blockage,it is necessary to optimize the design in time.This paper took the optimized design project of key water distribution and supporting facilities in Majatun medium-sized irrigation District as an example,the necessity of the construction of water distribution and supporting facilities was analyzed,and the optimization and improvement of the design control process were put forward.The results showed that in the design,it was necessary to improve the design of water distribution channels,pipelines and buildings according to the established norms and standards and the construction status of the irrigation area,so as to make the irrigation area project play its due value,ensuring that the water conservancy project can better play its own service function.
