摘要
研究生教育与区域经济协同发展有着紧密的联系,一方面,研究生教育作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,对区域经济发展有着显著的推动作用;另一方面,区域经济发展为研究生教育提供了物质与资源保障。然而,现有研究生教育与区域经济协同发展之间存在诸多问题,研究生教育的学科结构与区域经济发展不匹配,研究生教育对经济的贡献度具有区域差异性,校企合作存在利益矛盾点。因此,发挥政府引导职能,加强研究生教育与区域经济协同发展的顶层设计;资源互通,深化产学研合作体系;因地制宜,统筹研究生教育与区域经济协同发展,加快高校创新转型,势在必行。
Postgraduate education and regional economic development maintain a close synergistic relationship.On the one hand,as a vital component of the higher education system,postgraduate education plays a significant role in driving regional economic growth;on the other hand,the development of regional economies provides funding and resource support for postgraduate education.However,current coordinated development between postgraduate education and regional economies face multiple challenges:disciplinary structures in postgraduate education mismatch regional economic demands,graduate education exhibits regional disparities in its contribution to the economy,and conflicts of interest persist in university-enterprise collaborations.Therefore,it is imperative to leverage governmental guidance to strengthen top-level design for coordinated development,promote resource sharing and deepen the industry-university-research integration,implement region-specific strategies to harmonize educational and economic development,and accelerate institutional innovation and transformation in higher education.
