摘要
中国共青团是中国共产党联系青年的纽带和桥梁。在不同的历史时期,共青团都是中国共产党推动中华民族共同体建设的助手和后备军,共青团工作在坚定青年理想信念、促进青年社会参与、拓展青年角色效能三个方面,实现了对中华民族共同体建设的意义建构。新时代推动中华民族伟大复兴进程中,需要不断激活共青团的独特政治优势和组织功能,通过把服务青年群体贯穿团的各项工作和要求,增强青年群体的社会组织黏性,创新青年群体铸牢中华民族共同体意识的载体和方式,塑造“青春共同体”的认同空间,推动中华民族共同体建设。
The Communist Youth League of China serves as a link and bridge for the Communist Party of China to reach the grassroots,connect with the masses,and serve society.In different historical periods,the League has acted as the assistant and reserve force of the Party in promoting the building of the Chinese national community.The work of the Communist Youth League has contributed to this goal by strengthening young people's ideals and beliefs,promoting their social participation,and expanding their role effectiveness.In advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era,it is necessary to continuously activate the League's unique political advantages and organizational functions,integrate youth service into all aspects of its work,enhance the social cohesion of youth organizations,and innovate carriers and approaches to foster young people's awareness of the Chinese national community.By shaping an identity space for a“youth community”,the League can further promote the construction of the Chinese national community.
