摘要
总结了天然秸秆纤维改性再生混凝土制备存在的技术难题,认为天然秸秆纤维改性再生混凝土制备环节存在秸秆纤维与基体材料界面结合性能不佳、再生混凝土力学强度与耐久性能偏低、制备工艺参数控制与质量稳定性欠缺等问题,并对存在问题的优化方法进行了综述,包括改进秸秆纤维表面处理工艺提升界面粘结性、优化配合比设计增强混凝土综合力学性能等。
The technical difficulties existing in the preparation of modified and recycled concrete made from natural straw fibers are summarized.It is believed that there are problems in the preparation process of natural straw fiber modified recycled concrete,such as poor interface bonding performance between straw fibers and matrix materials,low mechanical strength and durability of recycled concrete,and lack of control of preparation process parameters and quality stability.The optimization methods for the existing problems are reviewed.This includes improving the surface treatment process of straw fibers to enhance interfacial adhesion,optimizing the mix proportion design to strengthen the comprehensive mechanical properties of concrete,etc.
