摘要
文章探究了河南省科技服务综合体的区域差异及驱动因素,采用定量分析与区域对比法,从经济发展、教育资源、产业结构和政策环境4个维度解析差异成因。经分析得出:区域发展差异显著,东部优势突出,中西部资源受限,故需通过差异化政策协调资源分配、优化产业结构及强化人才引育,以推动河南省科技服务均衡发展。
This paper explores the regional disparities and driving factors of sci-tech service complexes in Henan Province.Through quantitative analysis and regional comparison methods,it analyzes the causes of disparities from four dimensions economic development,educational resources,industrial structure,and policy environment.The findings indicate significant regional disparities,with the eastern region holding a distinct advantage while the central and western regions face resource constraints.Therefore,differentiated policies are required to coordinate resource allocation,optimize industrial structures,and strengthen talent recruitment and training,thereby promoting balanced development of sci-tech services in Henan Province.
