This paper delves into the significance,current status,achievements,and challenges of implementing Sci-tech Innovation Voucher in Shanxi Province,and provides suggestions for their future development prospects.Through the analysis of Shanxi Province's Sci-tech Innovation Voucher,its positive role in promoting sci-tech innovation,promoting enterprise development,and enhancing regional competitiveness has been revealed.
