摘要
瞑眩反应作为古人治疗疾病、促进疗效的重要手段之一,其内在机理蕴含着丰富的中医传统哲学思维。通过运用“天人合一观”阐释瞑眩反应的内在机制,挖掘瞑眩反应的普遍规律,进而扩展其广义内涵,即将瞑眩反应的范畴由药后出现的突发性机体反应扩展到涵盖以药物作用为主导的普遍性机体反应,并以此为基础提出瞑眩疗法,介绍古今对瞑眩疗法的临床应用,为临床治疗疾病、提高疗效提供参考。
As one of the important methods used by the ancients to treat diseases and promote curative effects,the internal mechanism of healing crisis contains rich traditional philosophical thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine.By applying the concept of"heaven-human holism"to explain the intrinsic mechanisms of the healing crisis,we uncovered its universal principles and thereby broaden its generalised connotation,which expands the category of healing crisis from sudden bodily responses occurring after medication to encompass all general bodily reactions predominantly driven by drug action.Building upon this foundation,the concept of healing crisis therapy is proposed.This article details both historical and contemporary clinical applications of healing crisis therapy,offering reference for disease management and enhancing therapeutic effectiveness in clinical practice.
