摘要
全球同步推进绿色复苏和数字经济发展背景下,科技创新被确立为推动高质量发展的核心支撑力和内生驱动力。本文通过研究照明设备行业技术创新与经济增长内部的互动机制,深入分析两个系统发展过程中所面临的基本结构问题以及关键问题,并且提出切合实际的操作性以及针对性措施和建议,为照明制造业技术创新驱动下的高质量可持续经济增长寻求解决路径。运用归纳总结的方法,归纳与提出阻碍照明设备行业技术创新与经济增长的关键技术瓶颈问题,并针对性提出技术驱动、产业驱动、政策驱动、金融驱动、多层面集成化和跨领域集成化等解决策略,共同构成破除障碍、释放技术创新经济增长潜力的系统性对策框架。
Under the background of global synchronized promotion of green recovery and digital economy development,scientific and technological innovation has been established as the core support and endogenous driving force for promoting high-quality development.This article discusses the interactive mechanism between technological innovation and economic growth of lighting equipments industrial and deeply analyzes the basic structure and the key problems in the two systems at the process of development,and proposes the practice and targeted measures and suggestions for searching the path of the high-quality and sustainable economic growth driven by the technological innovations of the lighting industries manufacturing.Through the method of induction and summarization,to summarize and recognize the key technological bottlenecks restricting technology innovation and economic growth of lighting equipment industry,and put forward the targeted measures such as technology driven,industry driven,policy driven,financial driven,multi-level integration,and cross domain integration.Together,they form the systematic structure of countermeasures to break the bottleneck and fully bring the potential of technology innovation and economic growth.
