摘要
防水型潜水照明灯具是深水下作业的关键设备,在深水压环境下易因密封失效、电路进水导致照明中断。本文研究优化了耐高压密封结构、开发无开孔电路防护技术、强化电路基板防水,形成解决方案。耐高压密封结构采用复合材质一体成型外壳与三层接合密封设计,无开孔电路防护技术包含无线供电与触摸控制,基板防水依托全灌封处理与耐腐元件选型达成。经测试,灯具密封性能与电路稳定性提升,可适配多水温环境,解决深水压下照明中断问题,增强深水下照明可靠性。
Waterproof diving lighting fixtures are critical equipment for deep-water operations.Under high-pressure conditions,these devices are prone to illumination failures caused by compromised seals or water ingress in electrical circuits.This study proposes a comprehensive solution featuring optimized high-voltage sealing structures,innovative hole-free circuit protection technology,and enhanced waterproof circuit boards.The high-voltage sealing structure combines a one-piece composite housing with a three-layer interlocking seal design.The hole-free circuit protection technology integrates wireless power supply and touch control interfaces,while waterproof circuit boards utilize full encapsulation processes and corrosion-resistant component selection.Test results demonstrate improved sealing performance and circuit stability,with the system demonstrating adaptability across various water temperatures.This breakthrough effectively resolves deep-water pressure-induced illumination failures,significantly enhancing the reliability of underwater lighting systems.
