火力发电厂应急照明系统故障诊断与维护方法

摘要 应急照明系统是火电厂的安全核心,但目前大量电厂的照明体系因为技术陈旧与运维不到位,存在灯具陈旧、线路失效和控制体系故障以及电压波动等一系列问题,很难符合新时代电力安全作业的严格标准。本文对这种频发问题进行探索,研究了切换机构故障、储能电池容量衰减、电路短路、操控系统失常以及灯具亮度下降等故障产生的原因,且给出了综合性处理办法,研究了操控体系更新和智能控制的实施步骤,以提高备用照明体系的综合工作效率。研究发现,利用管理和技术升级融合的方法,可以大幅降低系统失效频率,提升设施耐用性,确保火电厂安全稳定生产。 The emergency lighting systems are the safety core of thermal power plants.However,at present,a large number of power plants,due to outdated technology and inadequate operation and maintenance,are difficult to meet the strict standards of modern power safety operations in the face of a series of phenomena such as old lamps,line failures,control system malfunctions,and voltage fluctuations.This article explores such frequent problems,studies the causes of faults such as switching mechanism failure,capacity attenuation of energy storage batteries,circuit short circuits,control system malfunctions,and decreased brightness of lamps,and provides comprehensive solutions.It also studies the implementation steps of operation control system updates and intelligent control,thereby improving the comprehensive working efficiency of the backup lighting system.Research has found that by integrating the improvement of management and technological upgrading,the frequency of system failures can be significantly reduced,the durability of facilities can be enhanced,and the safe and stable production of thermal power plants can be ensured.
