摘要
工业废水深度处理对环境保护和资源循环利用具有重大意义。而传统水处理方法受限于处理效率低、成本高昂以及二次污染。为此,构建了一种用于工业尾水深度处理的三维电化学反应器,该反应器的核心在于将磁性钢渣固废转化为功能性电催化载体,可同步实现固体废物的高值利用与动态电化学协同降解体系的构建。为了验证该三维电化学反应器的功能,通过正交试验与单因素实验进行关键参数的优化,同时结合扫描电镜、能谱、X射线衍射和震动样品磁强计等多种表征手段,可证实钢渣具备优异结构稳定性与界面催化活性。结果表明:在持续运行的120h内,其尾水中的典型污染物——化学需氧量、总氮的降解率分别高达97.8%、55.2%,显著突破静态体系处理极限。此外,该装置还展现出卓越的运行稳定性与低成本等优点,突破了效率与成本间的传统限制。不仅验证了基于磁性钢渣的动态三维电化学反应器在工业尾水深度处理中的巨大应用潜力,更开创“以废治废”的可持续治理新模式。该三维电化学反应器具有高效协同去污能力、超低运行成本及固废资源化效益,为工业废水深度处理提供了极具产业化前景的突破路径。
Advanced treatment of industrial wastewater is of great significance for environmental protection and resource recycling.However,traditional water treatment methods are limited by low treatment efficiency,high cost and secondary pollution.For this reason,this study constructed a three-dimensional electrochemical reactor for the advanced treatment of industrial tail water,which was centered on the conversion of magnetic steel slag solid waste into a functional electrocatalytic carrier,enabling simultaneous high-value utilization of solid waste and establishment of a dynamic electrochemical synergistic degradation system.In order to verify the functionality of this three-dimensional electrochemical reactor,the optimization of key parameters was carried out by orthogonal and one-way tests,and the combination of various characterization means,such as SEM/EDS/XRD/VSM,which confirmed that the steel slag had excellent structural stability and interfacial catalytic activity.Within 120h of continuous operation,the degradation rates of typical pollutants in the tail water-chemical oxygen demand(COD)and total nitrogen-reached 97.8%and 55.2%,respectively,significantly exceeding the treatment limits of static systems.In addition,the device also demonstrated excellent operational stability and low cost,successfully breaking through the traditional limitations between efficiency and cost.This study not only verified the great potential of the dynamic three-dimensional electrochemical reactor based on magnetic steel slag in the advanced treatment of industrial tail water,but also created a new model of sustainable treatment of“waste treatment with waste”.The three-dimensional electrochemical reactor demonstrated highly efficient synergistic decontamination capability,ultra-low operating cost and solid waste resource utilization benefits,providing a breakthrough path for industrial wastewater advanced treatment with great industrialization prospects.
