影响PAN纤维径向结构的关键因素研究

Study on key factors affecting the radial structure of PAN fibers

摘要 针对传统高强中模型碳纤维在缠绕领域、工业结构领域存在的强度转化率低、复材成型效率不足等问题,系统研究了影响PAN纤维径向结构的关键因素,主要包括干段空气层牵伸机制、凝固浴液面稳定性调控方法,以及凝固浴温度与浓度对PAN纤维径向结构的影响规律。结果表明,适宜的凝固浴温度与浓度可有效提升纤维截面与内部应力的均匀性,为大直径高强中模碳纤维的制备提供了理论与技术依据。 Aiming at the problems of low strength conversion rate and insufficient composite molding efficiency of traditional high-strength medium-modulus carbon fibers in the fields of winding and industrial structure,this study systematically investigated key factors affecting the radial structure of PAN fibers,mainly including the drafting mechanism of the air layer in the dry section,the regulation method of the coagulation bath liquid level stability,and the influence laws of coagulation bath temperature and concentration on the radial structure of PAN fibers.The results showed that the appropriate temperature and concentration of coagulation bath could effectively improve the uniformity of fiber cross-section and internal stress,providing a theoretical and technical basis for the preparation of large-diameter high-strength medium-modulus carbon fibers.
