摘要
SiO_(2)气凝胶凭借其极高孔隙率、低密度和大比表面积等独特性能,在隔热保温领域展现出巨大应用潜力,受到广泛关注。实现高性能SiO_(2)气凝胶的低成本制备是当前研究的关键课题。采用冷冻干燥技术,有效解决了制备过程中易出现的结构塌陷这一关键问题。通过系统比较不同摩尔比n(TEOS)∶n(水)对所得SiO_(2)气凝胶隔热性能的影响,优化了制备工艺,显著降低了SiO_(2)气凝胶的制备成本,为其在工业生产和更广泛领域的应用推广提供了有效途径。
SiO_(2) aerogels have attracted extensive attention due to their unique properties,such as ultrahigh porosity,low density,and large specific surface area,demonstrating significant application potential in thermal insulation field.Achieving low-cost preparation of high-performance SiO_(2) aerogels is a key research focus.In this study,freeze-drying technology was employed to effectively address the critical issue of structural collapse during the preparation process.By systematically comparing the effects of different molar ratios of n(TEOS)∶n(water)on the thermal insulation performance of the resulting SiO_(2) aerogels,the preparation process was optimized,significantly reducing the production cost of SiO_(2) aerogels,and thereby providing an effective approach for their industrial production and broader application.
