摘要
在双酚A型二醚二酐-4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(BPADA-ODA)型聚酰亚胺(PI)基体中加入2-甲基咪唑锌(ZIF-8)作为纳米填料,制备ZIF-8/PI复合材料。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对ZIF-8及ZIF-8/PI复合材料的结构进行表征。结果表明:随ZIF-8含量增加,复合材料的微纳粗糙结构越明显。当ZIF-8含量为5%时,涂层的吸水率最低,为0.89%;经复合材料表面处理的304不锈钢经3000h盐雾试验未出现明显蚀点,而未经表面处理的裸钢则在278h出现蚀点,有明显的铁锈色腐蚀产物。
Through adding ZIF-8 nano-fillers into BPADA-ODA type polyimide matrix,we prepared ZIF-8/PI composite materials.The structures of ZIF-8 and ZIF-8/PI were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,and SEM.The results indicated that as the content of ZIF-8 increased,the micro-nano rough structure of the composite materials was more obvious.It is found that when the ZIF-8 content was 5%,the water absorption rate of the coating achieved the lowest value of 0.89%.The 304 stainless steel surface treated with composite materials did no show obvious corrosion spots after 3000 hours of salt spray test,while the untreated bare steel showed corrosion spots at 278h,with obvious rust colored corrosion products.
