摘要
选择乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和二氧化硅(SiO_(2)),采用熔融共混法制备增韧改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料,考察EVA和经酞酸酯偶联剂改性的SiO_(2)对复合材料力学性能和热稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明:含有20份EVA和10份经钛酸酯偶联剂处理的SiO_(2)的PVC/EVA/SiO_(2)10*相比于PVC的拉伸强度,冲击强度和储能模量分别提升了11.94%、133.42%和8.97%。钛酸酯偶联剂和SiO_(2)的存在还可以提高PVC的残碳率和维卡软化温度。综上可知,EVA、SiO_(2)和钛酸酯偶联剂的加入提升了PVC的机械性能和热稳定性。
Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and silica(SiO_(2))were selected to prepare toughened modified polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composites using a melt blending method.The effects of EVA and SiO_(2) modified with titanate coupling agent on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength,impact strength,and storage modulus of PVC/EVA/SiO_(2)10*containing 20 phr of EVA and 10 phr of SiO_(2) treated with a titanate coupling agent increased by 11.94%,133.42%,and 8.97%,respectively,compared to PVC.The presence of the titanate coupling agent and SiO_(2) also improved the residual carbon content and Vicat softening temperature of PVC.In conclusion,the addition of EVA,SiO_(2),and titanate coupling agents enhanced the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PVC.
