摘要
以溶胶-凝胶技术在光伏玻璃表面制备了SiO_(2)基双层疏水减反射膜,经600℃热处理后初始透过率为93.8%,水接触角为133°,滚动角为6.2°。使用红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜分析了热处理温度对膜层成分和表面形貌的影响。进行了人工模拟老化和砂尘试验,并使用接触角测试仪、紫外-可见分光光光度计、场发射扫描电子显微镜等仪器对试验前后的样品进行检测分析。结果表明:样品的减反射长效性要优于传统的减反射膜玻璃,经过人工老化试验,相比玻璃原片,样品的透过率提高2.2%。对于大气中静置180d和砂尘振荡试验,疏水减反射膜玻璃也表现出更加显著的防尘长效性,其透过率比玻璃原片分别提高了4.1%与6.4%。
A SiO_(2)-based bilayer hydrophobic anti-reflective film was prepared on the surface of photovoltaic glass by sol-gel technology.After heat treatment at 600℃,the initial transmittance was 93.8%,the water contact angle was 133°,and the rolling angle was 6.2°.The effects of heat treatment temperature on the coating composition and surface morphology of the film were analyzed using infrared spectrometer and atomic force microscopy.Artificial simulated aging and sand-dust tests were conducted,and the samples before and after the tests were analyzed using the contact angle tester,UV-visible spectrophotometer and field emission scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the long-term effect of the sample was better than that of the traditional anti-reflective coated glass.After the artificial aging test,the transmittance of the sample was increased by 2.2%compared with that of the original glass.For the atmospheric exposing 180 days and sand-dust oscillation test,the hydrophobic anti-reflective coated glass also exhibited more significant long-term dust resistance,with transmittance increases of 4.1%and 6.4%,respectively,compared to the original glass.
