微波快速固化环氧树脂研究进展

摘要 环氧树脂是性能优良、应用广泛的高分子材料,必须固化后才能使用,其固化效率和固化质量直接影响着工件的性能发挥和使用寿命,传统热固化存在着能耗高、周期长的问题,而微波因其独特的加热方式具备了替代热固化方式的潜力。综述了近10年来微波快速固化环氧树脂在机理研究、工艺优化、设备创新等方面的研究进展,为该技术走向成熟工业化应用提供一定的理论支撑。重点讨论了非热效应的固化机理、固化工艺的改善、智能监控系统的一系列研究,对微波固化环氧树脂技术的工业化应用进行了展望。 Epoxy resin is a polymer material with excellent performance and wide application,and must be cured before use.Its curing efficiency and quality directly affect the performance and service life of the workpiece.Traditional thermal curing method suffers from high energy consumption and long cycle,while microwave technology has the potential to replace thermal curing method due to its unique heating mechanism.This paper reviewed the research progress in the mechanism research,process optimization,and equipment innovation of microwave rapid curing technology of epoxy resin in the past decade,providing theoretical support for the mature industrial application of this technology.It focused on the discussion of the curing mechanism of non-thermal effects,the improvement of curing process,and a series of studies on intelligent monitoring systems,and provided an outlook for the industrial application of microwave-cured epoxy resin technology.
